Navigating Conflict With DISC

Conflict in the workplace is inevitable. It's how we approach resolutions, communication, and the tools we use that shape the culture.
Arguably the biggest reason to learn the DISC model and it's language is as a tool to navigate conflict. The root of most conflict is based in missed expectations. When one person has certain expectations of another person's behavior or actions and those expectations are not met, it can lead to feelings of disappointment, frustration, or even betrayal. This can create tension and misunderstandings in relationships, ultimately leading to conflict. This course will give tools like DISC to make meetings and conversations more efficient with less conflict.
